Aquest nou problema d’Apple el va descobrir per al mitjà italià Mobile World. Es tracta d’un problema en el desenvolupament del sistema operatiu iOS 11.
Apple ha decidit el llançament de iOS 11.2.6 per corregir el greu problema que podia reiniciar el teu dispositiu Apple sense que puguis fer res. Es tracta d’aquest caràcter de l’idioma Telugu “జిల్”. És un gran error del sistema operatiu que feia que l’aplicació que rebia aquest caràcter es quedava penjada i si la rabies en forma de notificació, el dispositiu es reiniciava.
Com solucionar-ho?
Si la lletra t’arriba per mitjà de Whatsapp, pots entrar a l’aplicació a través de l’ordinador i eliminar el missatge perquè així pugui desaparèixer del teu iPhone abans d’obrir-ho en ell.
També pots instal·lar la SIM en un telèfon amb sistema operatiu Android i accedir a l’aplicació des d’aquí per eliminar-ho.
Si t’arriba al servei de missatgeria d’Apple, pots esperar al fet que una altra persona et mani un altre missatge i directament esborrar el fil de la conversa.
Però si t’arriba a una altra aplicació com Messenger o Gmail n’hi ha prou amb entrar des de l’ordinador per eliminar el caràcter sense haver d’obrir-ho en el mòbil.
